It means there was a crash. There isn't enough information in your post to have a guess at the error.
It might be a BurnInTest software bug (you are using an old software release), or it might be a hardware failure, or it might be a device driver bug.
First step would be to see if if you get the same problem in version 6 of BurnInTest. Second step would be to isolate the problem, but testing 1 hardware componet at a time.
