It would seem that BurnInTest 7.0 is exercising a function that BurnInTest 6.0 is not.
dxgmms1.sys is a Microsft DirectX driver for "DirectX Graphics MMS".
Stop: 0x0000000a: This Stop error message usually occurs during installation when there was an attempt in kernel mode to touch pageable memory at too high a process internal request level (IRQL). Typically, this error occurs when a driver uses an incorrect memory address. Other possible causes of this error include an incompatible device driver, a general hardware problem, or incompatible software.

So it looks like a bug in the Microsoft driver. I would try updating your graphics card device driver from the manufacturer, changing your graphics card hardware, changing your memory (in case you have some bad memory) and updating DirectX.
If none of this help, you can zip the memory dump for the BSOD and email it to us and we can see what additional information it contains. The memory dmp should be here:

Burnin7.0 1004 have BSOD in XP
Does Burnin7.0 support the Intell MONTEVINA platform(GL40 + ICH9M).
I run the BurnIn7.0 have the below BSOD,but run the burnin6.0 1030 do not BSOD.
please help to check that.
