The result of your test indicates only two failures over 16 hours of test. If there were signal integrity issues in your design, the rate of failures would be much higher. The power supply of the USB port might be the source of issue. Noisy power supply or voltage spikes can affect the receiver part of the USB3 loopback plug and cause transmission failures.

We have a problem on USB 3.0 Loopback test error with Intel Skylake-U platform.
In case burn in test report " USB driver reported send error ".
BTW, We have passed USB 3.0 eye diagram SI test.
Do you have any suggestion in this case?
