Bitpro (v5 & v4) reports c:\ as being full

    Bitpro (v5 & v4) reports c:\ as being full

    for some reason bitpro report the HDD as being full on one of the systems we are testing....there is no disk quota set up...??? the hard drive definately has several GB available and we have run chkdsk?? anyone have any ideas?

    It might be becuase you are using the old FAT file system, which has a low limit on the number of files that can be present in the root directory.

    In the disk configuration window in BurnInTest, you can increase the file size to reduce the number of files needed to fill the disk.

      increasing file size had no effect, removed all reduntent directories and files in root directory with no effect, it is an very old battered installation of windows with multiple user profiles and windows is running ok so it's probably not worth worrying about
