We haven't been able to reproduce any issue like this, did this happen when you initially opened Rebooter, part way through the testing or on the initial reboot?
Is it possible the machine crashed during one of the reboot cycles (which may have caused the file to become corrupt.)?

If you delete the Rebooter config file it will be re-created when Rebooter is opened again.

Rebooter tool set Reboot options:
Maximum reboots:9999 cycle
Reboot type:shutdown
Force shutdown:Ask to close.
select Auto load Rebooter at startup
Rebooter Log File Path:Users Desktop
RebooterConfig.ini File Path:C:\User\NSD\Documents\PassMark\Rebooter\Reboo terConfig.ini


System Environment:
CPU: Apollo Lake N3350
MemoryDR3L 8G1600MHz
Storage1:System OS Windows 10 in Kingston eMMC 5.1 EMMC16G-M525-A51
