Cooling Down Period ? After burnin

Someone might have some comments on it.
But I don't know if the optimal period has been studied.

Temperature cycling has been a common test technique for electronics for many years however.

After a machine has a had a 24 hour burnin we let it cool down for 4 hours. Then we run different test programs or burnin again and it will detect a new fault. Just wondering from other peoples usage what would the best cool down period be after a long burnin?

Also does anyone pick up more failures running a burnin for longer than 24 hours? if so how long?
