Could you please launch BurnInTest in debug mode, open the test preferences and go to the temperature tab so BurnInTest scans for available temperature sources and then send us a copy of the log files that are created after startup.

No CPU Temperature shown in BIT Pro V9
We have just upgraded to BurnInTest Pro V9 (1016) and have been trying to view CPU Temps, but we are only getting GPU and HDD temps showing. We have tried this on several specifications of systems but have had no success. The main specification we are currently running it on is as follows:-
O/S: Windows 10 x64 Enterprise LTSC
CPU: Intel I5 8400
Motherboard: AsRock IMB 1215
We have also tried it on:-
O/S: Windows 10 Pro x64
CPU: Intel I5 7500
Motherboard: Asus PRIME Z270-P
Does anybody know if we are just being stupid and have missed something in the test configuration or is this a known 'Feature'?
