There should already be a default template included with BurnInTest that you can work with. In fact it should be similar (if not the same) as the picture linked. If all you want to do is change the logo and company information, see the following FAQ for help,

Hi,

Does anyone have a decent template for these certificates? I don't know much about HTML and although I've spent a few hours trying to figure it out it still looks pretty bad. One like the example PassMark provided (http://i.imgur.com/a3YWKzb.png) would be good. I know how to add logos.

If anyone has one I'd appreciate it!
