Is this software as efficient as Prime95/Memtest86 for testing CPU/Memory respectively? Is testing the memory from within Windows is as efficient as testing it with Memtest86? Thanks.

Question regarding BurnInTest

In terms of coverage of a CPUs functionality, Prime95 is a fairly narrow test of a CPU and doesn't generate as much heat as BurnInTest. See,

MemTest86 is a better memory test, this is mainly because you avoid the need to boot an operating system (Windows or Linux) prior to running the test. Leaving more RAM available for testing.
