We have never come across a system with two super I/O chips on a motherboard. Seems redundant.
A simpler chip like the AX99100 should be all that is required for additional serial ports.

    Hi.

We had two SuperIO chip, If we select only single SIO COM port, it's will run about 15 hours without any error or freeze. Did you had any comment or saw similar case before? Thank you..

Based on the information provided our best guess is that it is a hardware fault or device driver bug.
115,000bits/sec is super slow. Modern serial connections (e.g. USB) are doing 10,000,000,000bits/sec.

Running your COM ports at their limit is not a reason for the machine to crash.
We aren't going to be able to fix your hardware remotely. Sorry.

We had set baudrate from 115200 to 9600 duty 100%, it can run about 12hour without erro/freeze. Did you had recomment about it. How to set baudrate for testing COM port?

Can you tell it's driver or hardware failure cause this issue?

So that would be further evidence that there is something wrong with your X7433RE machine.

It (of course) isn't normal that the machine locks up.
Very likely it is hardware failure or device driver bug.

Can you run the same test on a different computer?

    Hi.

When hang up whole system freeze keyboard/mouse can't move, and then system will black out about 3 mins. Attached the debug log by "C:\Program Files\BurnInTest\bit.exe" -u option for your reference. Thanks.

COM ports are super old and slow by today's standards. You should be able to run 6 of them at the same time at 100% (assuming nothing else is running at the same time).
-> When run COM1-6 CPU using about 40% to 20%, we only run COM port test item. When it hang up sometime it will had buffer receive overrun error message.

Did the whole machine lock up or just BurnIntest?

BurnInTest v10.2 hang-up in COM port 1-6 test

    Hi.

We saw BurnInTest V10.2 run COM port 1-6 115200 baudrate with 100% setting, run about in 20min-2hours hang up issue. Here is my configuration:

    Intel AmstonLake X7433RE
    Memory: DDR4 16G
    SSD:Sandisk SD6SN1M128G
    OS:Windows 11 23H2

I had modify duty to 90% it's will run 12hours, did you had any recomment about duty rate. And our com port had transfer/receiving in windows 11 and without any error.
Working...
