3D failure is likely a hardware failure or device driver crash under high load. Which then results in a timeout.
You might want to check the Windows event log around the time of the error (just before 2024-06-17 13:53:22). Driver crashes sometimes get logged.
You could also run BurnInTest in debug mode to collect more detailed logs. No need to run a 48h test for this. Just run it until the error occurs.
