New version of DiskCheckup has been released: V3.0 build 1003

The following changes are included in the release:
1. Added SMTP authentication support for e-mail notifications. Encryption is still not supported, but authentication is.
2. Added '-d' command line argument for debug mode (Debug mode is off by default).
3. Documented '-m' command line argument to start DiskCheckup minimized to system tray.
4. Updated help file to reflect above
