Why 2 hard drives. If you were going to have 2 hard drives then one should be a SSD.
The MSI p67a-gd53 has on board sound. No need for a separate sound card. Years ago on board sound sound was rubbish. But in general it is pretty good now. (it comes with a Optical SPDIF port)
