USB Performance Analysis

We are using USB to program firmware into a board using the STM MicroElectronics (VCP) drivers. We are experiencing quite different programming times depending on the PCs we are using and would like to profile the downloading PCs performance in a more standard way.

I have looked at the USB 2 loopback device (our device only supports USB 2) and the associated software.

Could someone please advise me whether the software can run uninstalled as we have restricted access to some of the PCs and cannot run installation kits.

Any advice or other suggestions would be most appreciated.

Running Windows OS by the way, both 7 and 10.
