Problem:
When attempting to network boot MemTest86 via PXE, the client machine fails with error message "NBP is too big to fit in free base memory".
Solution:
This error may occur when the PXE client machine is configured to boot in Legacy BIOS mode when acquiring the MemTest86 UEFI binary (eg. BOOTX64.efi) from the PXE server. The PXE client machine must be configured to boot in UEFI mode in the BIOS setup in order to successfully boot MemTest86 v7 (or later). See this page for details on how to configure your system for UEFI boot.
