I have 1000 pcs DDR3 4GB 1333MHz and 1600MHz UDIMM
IC specification

It takes a lot of effort to work it out and it varies depending on the number of RAM sticks installed, what slots they are in, BIOS settings and the CPU model.
But I guess you already knew that and were hoping someone else would do the work for you. It is also very hard to test without a large sample set of bad RAM.
We looked at doing it, but it is too much work to maintain it for all the permutations.
