Failed memtest - Team Group 3200 CL14

Hello

I have ran a few memtests (great software by the way) and have been getting errors in XMP mode. If I do a run with no XMP I pass 4/4 but with XMP I always fail. I have tried adding more voltage (1.35-1.4v) but no real change. I have tried with an OC on the CPU and at stock. When it fails it is always in test 7 and 8. Would it be recommended to RMA the memory or could there be something else amiss?
