If you aren't overclocking and just running the built in XMP profile, then the sticks should just work (without the need for you to tinker around).
So it is pretty sure the RAM is bad (or at least marginal).

MemTest86 fails only when RAM in dual-channel with default XMP on
So, I ran some RAM benchmarks and noticed that I have a ton of errors. I tested all of the RAM slots and individual RAM sticks, and they all work fine individually with the default XMP profile on. They work fine in dual channel, but only when the XMP is off. When I turn the XMP on and in dual channel, that's when I get all of the errors
I think I may have to play around with the voltages and CAS timings, but I don't even know where to begin with that
