Memtest86 new version GUI

Out of curiosity, I would like to know how the GUI is developed in Memtest86 new verison. The graphs and the screen etc.,

Such GUI development support is available in UEFI? or Was it developed using some thrid pary GUI libraries like PEG(Swell Soft) etc.,
