We saw a crash when launching OSForensics in WinPE V5. (The Windows pre-installation environment for Windows 8.1)
The crash was a result of an illegal instruction (vmovsd) in the POW function. The bad code causing this crash was in the C Runtime (CRT) library, supplied by Microsoft.

Using WinPE for Win10 solves the problem.
