[WinPE / WinFE] Crash on launch when starting OSForensics in WinPE

Problem: OSForensics crashes on launch when running in WinPE (and its derivatives)

Possible Reason: When running from WinPE, OSForensics requires the following three packages to be installed in the WinPE image, WinPE-HTA, WinPE-Scripting, WinPE-WMI. If any are missing, OSForensics may not operate correctly.
