What format was the image in (e.g. E01, RAW, ...) and how big was it?
What file system was in use for the disk volume you were looking at (NTFS, FAT32, etc...?
What type of file did you right click on? Just a normal file, or maybe one that was remnants of a deleted file that no longer exists, or hidden system file? Screen shot might help for this.

Unable to locate file on the device
I'm a new user and performing some tests with the application. I ingested a small image and, after that inspected the directory tree using the File System Browser option. From there I selected a folder, and then a file. Next I right-clicked on the file and used the Jump to Disk Offset... The application then shows an error popup msg "Unable to locate file on the device".
Suggestion as to what might
