The results are only 3% different. So it isn't dramatic. Very small percentage differences tend to be harder to explain.
Maybe the Xeon is using ECC RAM?
Did you check the timings in BIOS?
Are they both running dual channel?

Dual xeon 2643 vs i5-2400
Hello. I have a dual Xeon 2643 @ 3.3 GHz and a core i5-2400 @ 3.1 GHz. I get the following scores for the two in Memory Mark and CPU Mark.
Can anyone explain why the i5-2400 is just as good as the 2643 in Memory Mark ? The i5-2400 is using 4x4 GB Kingston DDR3-10600 and the Xeon 2643 is using 4x8 GB Hynix DDR3-12800.
