Username & Key input trouble.

I solved my own problem. I did not download the version for which I paid but rather an older version. Its all good now!

I just installed the program, but the email containing the username and key is a multi-line type but the program is asking for 2 seperate entries for the username and key so I can not paste the username and key as one.

How do I input this type?

I have tried copying from the -----Start_Of key and I have tried copying the Juser B Tryink seperately.
