3D score : from 2800->1800:/

the cpu score was 4500 first, when overclocked it was 4800
btw: I have to Reinstall windows 7 to get rid of this problem:/

Don't really know either.
Did the CPU score increase with the O/C or did it decrease like the GPU?
Maybe the bus speed has dropeed down as a result of the O/C.

Did you check the CPU and GPU temp.

The CPU or GPU might be being throttled as per this past post.

They are fine, cpu got 23°C idle/49°C full load (when i overclocked it to 3.
Gpu temperatures: GPU1: idle:43°C/load 75°C
GPU2 a bit less...
i don't really know what's the problem:/

Hello

I'm overclocking my pc attm, doing some benchmarks, and using performance test 7
Everything seems fine, but when i overclock my cpu, the 3d score drops for about 1000 points:s
Overclocking with amd overdrive.

Specs:
Amd Phenom ii x4 965 (c3)@3830 ,207x18.5 ,Voltage on my cpu:1,4375.
Zalman cnps 9700 Led cpu cooler
Gigabyte 790FXTA-UD5
8gb Geil 1333 cl9 ddr3 black dragon.
2x XFX 5850 black edition both running @775/1125.
Samsung spintpoint f3 500gb& Seagate 500gb(crappy HD).
Antec Truepower 750W

When my cpu was @ 3.4Ghz, i did a benchmark and i got about 2800 3d points
When i do it now it only gets 1800:s

I really don't know what i am doing wrong , maybe somebody here knows what's the problem?
