For future reference:
From time to time we see people submitting benchmark results from a machine that has had its CPU identified as "AMD Processor model unknown".
It seems this is related to the motherboard BIOS not supporting the CPU in question. Often this can happen if you upgrade to a new CPU in a older motherboard.
In some cases a motherboard BIOS upgrade can resolve the issue.
