3D Complex LOCKED to Vsync

Not sure why then.
Might be a device driver bug.

Check the Edit / preferences window in PerformanceTest to make sure the frame rate limiting option isn't set in that window.

Only options are max refresh rate, and monitor refresh rate. It's set to max refresh rate

When I get to the fullscreen 3d test, the frame rate gets locked to 60. And yes I've forced vsync to off in my gpu's control panel.

This is on 2 cards, my geforce gtx 660, and gt 440.

By running the test manually on the 660, I find that without vertex shader and pixel shader effects turned on, I get about 1500fps. Turning them on though locks the framerate to vsync.
