This seems like it is significantly higher.
It is 10% higher. So significant, but not an enormous difference.
Laptop CPUs tend to have a large range of performance. This is due to windows power settings differences, running on mains or battery power, and thermal limits in the machine due to inadequate cooling solutions.

    High CPU Benchmark score question.

Bought my first Laptop ever, so I decided to run a Passmark Benchmark for the first time ever as well...and now I have a question

    I have an i7 9750h, the average is 13599 from 1575 samples.
    My laptop scored a 15044.

This seems like it is significantly higher. Is it? Can this happen? Would anyone know the reasoning as to why this would happen?
