CPUs single thread rating are showing the value multiplied by 3

I don't know if it is expected to occur from now.
I tried searching for news and found nothing.
I also tried using a private window and the results were the same.

For example, for i3-8145U instead of 21XX it is showing 65XX for single thread rating.

It applies for all other cpus too.
