Thanks for the update. This will surely help other people if they encounter the same problem.

Hi,
Problem resolve.
The passmark software doesn't seem to work if I enable "RST" in the bios and mount my SSD in RAID 0.
I had to reinstall Windows, remove the Intel raid. Disable RST on M.2 disks.
Now Passmark work well.
Thank you for your support

Hi,
I have some idea about the problem ... This could possibly be from my initial setup. In my bios, I configured my m2 RST controller. I am unable to update the drivers for my Samsung M.2 970. Maybe the problem with Passmark is that the controller is not detected correctly.
I cannot undo this configuration except by reinstalling my system.

Hi,
This is not impossible, I reinstalled my OS on a Samsung EVO 970 instead of a Western Digital nvme.
My disk is configured in AHCI.
But strangely, Samsung Magician says "unknown".
I don't know if there is a newer driver, I will validate.
Thank you

If you do a search on Google for ntoskrnl.exe+1c2390 you'll see 100s or people with the same BSOD problem (who aren't using our software).
I read a few of them. Mostly they seem to be device driver bugs.
e.g.
old, nvme.sys, Samsung NVM Express Storport Miniport driver
buggy, sptd.sys driver, possibly from Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%.

So the BSOD is really the root cause of the problem. Likely this is leaving the license key file corrupted.
A quick search on Google shows that the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSOD is pretty common. Most of the problems seem to be bad device drivers. In one example I looked at the problem was with the network packet capture driver, npf.sys
If you could make a copy of the dump file available we can have a look at it

Hi,
I want to mention that I have no stability issues otherwise except with performance test.

H Tim,
I actually formatted my computer. The problem is that when I run Performance Test for the first time, my computer BSOD and subsequently unable to relaunch the application.
I actually delete the PerformanceTest folder and even the records in the registry. Same issue again
I entered my "log" in my first message. Last BSOD when a launch PerformanceTest.

No this isn't what's causing the issue, something is causing some of the PerformanceTest files to be blanked out or corrupted.
If you have tried this on a newly formatted system then it's possible that the initial launch of PerformanceTest is crashing for some reason and corrupting the files.
After uninstalling PerformanceTest and deleting the contents of these directories;
C:\ProgramData\PassMark\PerformanceTest10
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\PassMark\Performance Test10
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Windows\System32\temp
Please reinstall PerformanceTest but make sure not to launch it at the end of the installer. Instead make sure the first launch is in debug mode and then we can see if something is causing it to crash on the first launch.

HI Tim,
I disabled Windows 10 antivirus and same issue.
I also tried disabling G-Sync, same error. Decrease my refresh rate from 165hz to 60hz same error again.
Thank you.

Do you have any antivirus or security software installed that could be interfering with the PerformanceTest files?

Can you try the suggestions in this other thread to see if you are able to start PerformanceTest without error?
