This is the expected behavior, this field is used to name the system/baseline. The default is "This Computer", if this field is empty then nothing will be displayed. This should only happen if someone has explicitly deleted the contents of this field or the configuration was corrupted in some way.

and now everywhere it says fx 8320. If its empty nothing shows. I tried This computer, and it says this computer-

Are you running the matching 32/64bit version for your system? The 32bit version will not be able to collect as much system information on a 64bit install of Windows due to the use of a device driver.

If this doesn't seem to be the problem could you please run PerformanceTest in debug mode, as described here, and send us a copy of the debug logs that are generated.
