OK, Thanks, I just placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro (15.6 ", 16GB) with i7-1260P.

These are very new CPUs so there aren't many samples yet (only a handful, 1 at the time the chart was created for the i7-1260P) so there will be a lot of variance to the scores. The first sample for the i7-1260P was likely poorly configured / using a power saving plan instead of a performance based power plan or using older versions of PerformanceTest that didn't support Intel 12th gen cpus. There is a already another i7-1260P entry (not yet included in the charts) that is over 22,000.

There is very little difference between the two processors though so even with more samples there will not be much of a score difference.

    Intel Core i5-1240P vs i7-1260P

Hi, I have noticed that i5-1240P (21646) performs better than i7-1260P (12224). Can anyone explain why?

Working...
