Yes, you have a problem. You'll probably find that only some games are OK, not all.
Try getting the latest drivers from ATI. Then get the latest DirectX version from Microsoft.

3D test RX 1950 Pro bad results

Something I don't understand with your "Performance Test"
In the "3D" tests, I've got very bad results, like 7 fps in "Graphic simple", 4.28 fps in "Graphic medium" and 29.6 fps in "Complex mode"...
My computer: Athlon 64 X2 4200+, PC 3200 Corsair 1 Go *2, and MSI Rx1950 Pro 256 Mo
The other tests (Ram, CPU, Disks) seems to be allright (when I compare to other computers)
What's wrong with that ?
Does it mean that there's a problem with the graphic card which seems to work fine in games
Just something else: I've got the same problem with some tests of 3DMark06...
