This hasn't been available in previous versions, there is no where that such a report could be stored in the current database layout. We'll keep it in mind for a future version but are likely to be more focused on the reporting for project test cases.
You can export the test cases and view them in Excel, removing any unwanted columns, this would be the best way of creating a list report of the generic test cases.
