if i put to my company server which is control by another person.
So i can't set this security method.
the databse must at my computer and share to others, from that folder,then i can set security.

Only by using the windows security settings (like what is described at http://www.testlog.com/support/security_guide1.htm) or using the web access version, there is no in built user permissions management in the standalone version of TestLog.
