skimming through test cases

We'll keep in mind the idea of adding previous and next buttons to the test case edit window for a future version.

when I am creating test cases or looking at my test cases, sometimes I want to see what is in the previous test case. Is it possible to add the ability for next and previous buttons so that we can skim through the cases? This would save the trouble of opening and closing cases a million times.
