Are you using the latest build (1026), as this build now checks for timed out sessions when viewing the main page rather than just when you attempt to log in, so perhaps this was what was causing the user to appear logged in the whole time.
To force close all the sessions you can delete all the .tmp files in the :TEMPDIRABS: directory.

Is it possible to kick everyone out in Web Access?

I already have my TIMEOUT set to 10 minutes but I always have one user login for over couple of days. Currently we are using the trail version but we just got approved to purchase TestLog
I just want to clear this problem up before I enter my licence keys. Thanks
