You have to not overwrite the details in the result field if you have details you want to keep.

I've run a project test case - which failed - and set the the status to Fail; entered a fault report ID and some text in the Results obtained box. Clicked OK to save.

When I reran the test it passed. Set the status to pass. Changed the text in the Results obtained box. Clicked OK to save.

Where can I refer back to the text in the Results obtained box when the test failed? Test History doesn't show this level of changes.
