Unable to log in to web app with user with READ/WRITE/CREATE permission

Found the issue. The newer TestLogCGI.cgi hadn't been copied over to the web site since it was first installed a few years ago.

Hello,

We are trying to make the move over to the web app version of Testlog. However, we're having some difficulty.

When we try to login with a user that has READ/WRITE/CREATE permission we are only presented with the login screen again. The number of active web users at the top of the page increments, but that's about it.

If we try a user with READ/WRITE only, they are able to login and access the database, but obviously are unable to create.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
