View and Add buttons

Can anyone tell me what the View and Add buttons are for on the Test Execution Status - Execution Result section?
I cannot click on them as they are never enabled. Are they reliant on other options?

As described in the help manual,

Fault report ID
Optional field. If your project uses a fault tracking system, you may record the ID here. You can enter a new bug ID each edit, or select one from the list and view it or delete it using the buttons to the right of the field.

The path to your bug tracker can be setup as described in the Options. If no bug tracker has been entered the Add and View buttons will be disabled.
