Could not create new TestLog configuration file

Very this is very likely a permissions issue.
You might want to check that the folder exists,
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PassMark\TestLog\

But if it does exist, then permissions is most likely the issue.

A tester got this error message the other day.

Error: Could not create new TestLog configuration file
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PassMark\TestLog\TestLog.cfg

She's previously had problems with Windows file permissions (the same problem as described in this thread) and I wonder if they're related, since I'm not sure our helpdesk resolved that issue.
