    If you can tell us the exact error message we should be able to let you know what the problem is.

    If the error was "Access denied" you may be encountering the same problem as this other thread.

    Hello,
    Please suggest step by step process to export Test Cases into csv.
    it is giving error like "Test Suite is not created".
