Windows7 License Key Issue.

I was having trouble putting my key in. I just purchased the license a hour ago.

I had to reinstall it again because it wouldn't take the key. I know I have a hyphenated last name the key is just not working. Can you please help me. I keep on getting the error page saying that the key is not valid. I paid money for the key. Can you help me get another key?

Right click on the desktop icon, then select Run as Admin.
Then enter in the key.

When opening Testlog in Windows7 it will always prompt for license key - needs to be re-entered each time. Is there any way to stop this?
