"blank" instead of the Fault Report ID entered is showing on the Test Execution statu

"blank" instead of the Fault Report ID entered is showing on the Test Execution status

1. Enter a fault ID, then click on "OK" the exit the windows.
2. Reopen the project testcase, the ID is not listed, but "blank"
3. Click on the pull-down, you see the ID is next to the "blank"
