WIFI Module test automation

We have designed a medical system with a WIFI module that contains a WIFI adapter with cables and 2 antennas (MIMO/BT).
I'm looking for a solution that will automatically test the module as part of the final system test and log the results.
The system is running Windows10.

You could use the network test in BurnInTest.

BurnInTest has some command line options and a basic scripting language.
