How can I setup BurnIn Test to allow a PC under test to boot from the LAN and run BurnIn?

BurnInTest doesn't include an operating system. And so can't boot your PC by itself.
But there are options for having a O/S boot from CD or USB drive and then running BIT once you have booted. I assume these same options could be used for booting across a LAN.
For Windows there is BartPE.
For Linux there is Live Boot.
