This is a known issue with some systems.

In summary you can ignore a few of these errors. If you get a lot of them, then you should be more concerned.
While the programs you mention "3DMark06, Blue ray DVD play and MTV play" use a small amount of video RAM they don't test video RAM so it is no surprise that they don't detect any failures in video RAM.
We don't know anything about the "Nvidia video memory R/W program", what is the URL? But as a general statement is isn't in Nvidia's interest to tell you about errors (especially minor errors) in their own hardware.

We take some units long time to run 3DMark06, Blue ray DVD play, MTV play and Nvidia video memory R/W ptogram all can't detect any abnormal.
Did it really VGA or VRAM chip defect? did it any influences for the computer working?
