Key.dat not recognized

Hi there,
we have a problem with BurnIn pro 5.3 Build 1034 (appeared first in 1033)

The key.dat is recognized as incorrect file. We get an error message to contact the support. After clicking OK, it works fine and the Key symbol also disappears.

Are you using the 32-bit or 64-bit version of BurnInTest?

I have tried the zip version of 32-bit BurnInTest, V5.3.1034 PRO, and could not reproduce the problem.

Could you please email me your key.dat. You have my direct email address.

Hi Ian,
key.dat is sent by mail, together with a screenshot.

Maybe it's caused by out configuration and the launch by a batch file?

We use the 32Bit Version.
