    Vista vs XP

    Hello,

I've been running some tests on my system and i have found that XP will run fine for 7 loops; after that the test will post the follow error message "frame can not be display and was skipped".

I have also tried this same test (on the same system) using vista and it runs fine.

Does any one know what might be causing this??

    thanks

Skipped frames on video playback, means the system is under high load. It is not normally a hardware error. Vista might be more efficient in this area, or put more priority on video.

I that case it might be a device driver issue. Again, unless you are seeing large numbers of them, it is not a concern.
