BurnInTest Help file document available ?

PassMark,

Do you have a single HTML or Word *.DOC, *.TXT file available that contains the whole PassMark Help file in it ?
- I want to cut-n-paste pieces of the master doc into a test plan document
for training for our Engr. & Production staff.
- I know I could go thru the 50 modular HTML files in the root directory, but this is slow and painfull.
- I tried sing WordPad or NotePad in Vista and the formatting looks awfull.
